Springfield, MO., April 15, 2010: Jaspers Events has announced that they will be hosting a weekend Green Eggs & Jam Grill fest in Branson, Missouri on June 11-12, 2010.  

This event will feature the Big Green Egg Grill along with live entertainment, celebrity chef demonstration by renowned griller Bobby Cresap, cooking competitions and a gala awards ceremony and dinner at the Dixie Stampede Dinner Theater in Branson.

Kari Wilson, the firm’s Event Coordinator said  Dixie Stampede will be the sponsor of  Branson’s first ever Big Green Egg Iron Chef Competition at the “Green Eggs and Jam” Grill Festival, June 11-12, 2010, with the Grand Prize winner receiving a $500 cash award.  The Green Eggs & Jam Grill Festival will take place on the expansive grounds of the Days Inn Branson, 3524 Keeter Street.  
 
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to support the work of the Rainbow Network, a local ministry providing housing, healthcare, education, and micro loans to the impoverished families of rural Nicaragua.
