Rainbow Network is a Christian ministry dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ with Nicaragua's poorest people through nutrition, healthcare, economic development, education, and housing.

Founded in 1995, Rainbow Network is an inter-denominational Christian ministry working in rural Nicaragua with some of the poorest people in the world. Rainbow Network focuses on five areas to help carry out God's rainbow promise to God's children who live in desperate poverty. The five areas are: nutrition, healthcare, education, housing, and micro-loans.

The efficiency of our self-help programs allows community volunteers to work together for sustainable change for their communities and families.

Rainbow Network was founded by a business couple, Keith and Karen Jaspers. Being administered under biblical and business principles, Rainbow Network is unique in several ways. A staff of 65 in Nicaragua work with nearly 48,000 people by use of a community committee structure which requires self-help to achieve the results. All employees are Nicaraguan professionals.

"This is how we know what love is: Dear children, let us not love with
words or tongue but with actions and in truth." 1 John 3:16

The rainbow symbolizes God's promise of love, hope, and faithfulness to a devastated people. The people of Nicaragua have been praying for food, safe drinking water, medical care, and a future for their children. Through Rainbow Network, prayers are being answered in Nicaragua.
