Rainbow Network staff is available to provide education and training for individuals who want to open and run a small business of their own. Our staff meets with members of the community to discuss the different aspects of business and economies, and works with individuals to help them get started.
The most common in-home or small businesses in rural Nicaraguan communities are grocery stores, food and drink cafes, sewing/clothing sales, and animal husbandry.
We counsel community members on how to establish a business, budget and financially plan for the future, and how to successfully expand their business.
