San Ramón was formed in 2002.  It has 17 small communities; El Carmen, El Escondido, La Corona, La Grecia, La Laguna, La Lima, Las Rosas, Los Pinos, Monte Cristo, San Antonio, Santa Celia, Santa Marta, El Paraiso, Hilapo  1, Hilapo  2, La Yosa and  El Roblar.

Currently there are 97 Rainbow Network grade schools with 1,566 elementary students in attendance.  167 students are in high schools thanks to the Rainbow Network scholarships provided.  There are 2,037 people eating one meal a day in the Rainbow Network Feeding Centers and an average of 218 people see our doctors each month.  190 new Rainbow Network homes have been built and 315 micro loans are being used to improve the lives of families in this network.
