Just like in any community, some medical cases are beyond basic care. Occasionally, Rainbow Network physicians encounter a patient with more serious issues or illnesses, ranging from gallstones to knee replacements to heart failure. For these patients, Rainbow Network is committed to continuing their care and partnering with them as they fight for a healthier life.
Rainbow Network assists with transportation to and from appointments, ensuring patients receive medication and medical supplies, and coordination of exams and surgeries. We also help cover the cost of these services.
You can be a source of support for a patient who would otherwise be unable to afford or receive treatment.
Donations designated to the Medical Needs fund will ensure that individuals with special medical needs receive the care they need. We will send you email updates throughout the year that share the stories of people who are impacted through this program.
