La Dalia was formed in 2003 and currently has 15 small communities within it; El Pavón #1, El Pavón #2, La Florida, Santa Martha, Santa Julia, La Empresa, Piedra Luna #1, Granadillo #1, Granadillo 2, Granadillo #3, Granadillo #4, Santa Carmela, La Bonanza, Las Veguitas and Casa Blanca.

Rainbow Network runs 62 grade schools with 682 students in attendance and 112 students are a part of the Rainbow Network scholarship program that allows them to go to a local high school. There are 1,811 Feeding Center participants daily, 410 patient consultations monthly by our doctors and 327 families are participating in the Economic Development micro loan program. Rainbow Network has also built 165 new homes for the families to have a safe and dry place to raise their children and grandchildren.
